It appears that I had a mistake in the second paragraph of the charter draping Proclamation.

GENERAL PROCLAMATION.
Dear Brothers and Sisters;
This Proclamation is to inform each Odd Fellows and Rebekah Lodge in the Grand Jurisdiction of Ontario of the passing of Brother Harless A. Turner, Past Sovereign Grand Treasurer.
Brother Turner passed away on the 20th day of April, 2025. Brother Turner served faithfully as our Sovereign Grand Treasurer for many years.
Our Grand Master, Brother Gene Dopp, has instructed me to issue this general proclamation, requesting each Odd Fellows and Rebekah Lodge, in the Grand Jurisdiction of Ontario, to drape their Charter for a period of 30 days in loving memory of Brother Harless A. Turner, Past Sovereign Grand Treasurer.
