Just a quick email to let you know that we are looking for the Registrations for the Upcoming Grand Lodge of Ontario Annual Sessions! We are currently sitting at less than half of those we need for a Quorum to Open the Sessions and Transact business! If you have currently sent in a Registration showing No Representative, please, see if there is someone willing to come to Represent your Lodge.
There is a fair bit of Legislation this year that will affect every Lodge in the Jurisdiction. It is essential that the voice of your Lodge be heard!
If your Lodge has not sent in its Registration please do so as soon as possible so we can guarantee a quorum and get the ball rolling!
I will attach a Lodge Representative Registration Form and other pertinent information to this email.
The Banquet last year was met with RAVE reviews! We have the same company doing the banquet this year with the same menu. The Hotel has held the same room pricing this year as last year and everyone was quite pleased with the rooms and pricing.
